In the event a cancellation is necessary, written notice is
required 45 days prior to departure. A charge equal to
one-half of the pre-payment for houseboats and/or equal to
the daily rental rate for lodging will be required for any
cancellation made 45 days or more prior to the arrival
date…Inside of 45 days of arrival, no refund, unless trip
protection has been purchased.
Trip Protection guarantee may be purchased outside 45 days
prior to arrival. This protection ensures a refund of rental
minus a $100 processing fee for emergency cancellation of a
confirmed reservation inside of 45 days prior to arrival.
This fee may be waived if the rental is re-scheduled, and an
additional trip protection guarantee may be purchased for
the new reservation, if eligible. Due to the limited
availability of rental equipment during holiday rental
periods, trip protection is not offered.
Transfer of dates or pre-payments may be made 45 days prior
to the original date in the same calendar year for a $100
processing fee. Once confirmed, any reservation, boats or
lodging, scheduled during a holiday rental period does not
qualify for a refund of any money, even if it cancelled
according to published guidelines.
A signed liability statement and a valid credit card are
required at check-in. Failure to comply will result in a
forfeiture of the rental without refund.
Some units are now pet friendly! Ask for details!
WaterWay Adventures reserves the right to change the
published rates, advertised units and/or policies at any
time without notice.
Beaver Creek Resort, Burnside Marina, Green Turtle Bay Houseboat Rentals
Rental Policies:
1. Renter must be responsible adult (18 or over). (We
reserve the right to refuse to rent to any person(s) who in
the opinion of the management might create an unsafe boating
situation or whose past experiences with the marina warrant
such refusal - such as property damage, etc. We also reserve
the right to repossess boat from renter if an unsuitable
situation exists.)
2. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are
unable to provide a boat to a renter, the deposit will be
refunded in full and assistance will be given in finding
other accommodations, and any and all claims against the
marina would cease.
3. The captain to whom the boat is rented assumes
responsibility not only for the boat, its equipment and all
persons aboard, but also all liability to any third parties
for damages or injuries.
4. The marina assumes no responsibility to the renter, his
guests or third parties who may have any losses, damages or
injuries incurred during use of a rental boat.
5. Unless renter has purchased the damage waiver, he will be
charged for damages to boat, motor or equipment and lost
items.
6. The boat must be returned in clean condition to avoid a
possible additional cleaning charge.
7. NO PETS are allowed on certain houseboat rentals without
a deposit ***We have some pet-friendly boats available, call
for details.
8. If you have a breakdown or a mechanical problem, we will
make every effort to get the trouble fixed as soon as
possible. However, service boats are not sent out on the
lake at night.
9. Our boats sleep eight, ten or twelve persons depending on
the model and are equipped for that number only. (Coast
Guard Regulations.)
10. When you begin your trip, your gas tanks are full. When
you return, the tanks are filled and you are charged for the
amount of fuel and oil used. No gas may be carried on the
dock by order of the Fire Marshall. This is a citable
offense.
Damage Waiver:
If you do not have property damage insurance coverage while
operating our rental boats, it is available and can be
purchased at the marina prior to your departure at a cost of
$15.00 per day (not available on waverunners.) This coverage
includes physical damage to our boat only, subject only to a
$1,000.00 deductible. If you do not have coverage, you are
responsible for damage during operation of the rental boat.

Lodging:

Check-out: 8:00am – 10:00am CST
Small Boat Rentals are available at 8:00am CST
Minimum Stay: During the summer season a minimum rental of three nights is
required for cabins and chalets. Minimum stay is two nights during other
periods.
We are pleased to announce that we have “pet-friendly” units. Sorry, no cats
allowed! If no vacancy in these units, we must ask that you make other
arrangements for your dog. Pet deposit required
Reservations:
Advance reservations may be made by phone, mail or e-mail and require a
pre-payment that is applied to your balance. We accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover, Money Orders and Checks (personal, business,
cashier's, etc.) Personal checks for advanced reservations must be received no
less than forty-five days prior to your arrival.
Houseboats: A pre-payment of $500.00 toward your rental balance will be
required to confirm your reservation, and then the balance in full must be paid
forty-five days prior to your arrival.
Lodging: A pre-payment equal to one night of lodging for the reserved
unit will be required to confirm your reservation, and then the balance in full
must be paid forty-five days prior to your arrival.
Small Boat Rentals: A pre-payment equal to one day of rental will be
required to confirm your reservation, and then the balance in full must be paid
forty-five days prior to your arrival.
Trip Protection:
We are pleased to offer trip protection. This will ensure a refund of your
rental, minus a $100.00 processing fee should you cancel your reservation inside
of forty-five days prior to your arrival. Trip protection may not be purchased
inside 45-days prior to arrival. Re-scheduling of a reservation constitutes a
cancellation. Cancellation of rentals without trip protection will result in a
loss of 100% of rental. Due to the limited availability of rental equipment
during holiday rental periods, trip protection is not offered.
Liability Waiver:
Each unit that you have rented- houseboats, small boats and/or lodging - will
require completion of a liability waiver on your day of arrival. You must
provide a major credit card at check-in. Cash, checks and money orders are not
accepted. Failure to provide a credit card number and complete the waiver will
result in a forfeiture of the rental without refund.
Boat Rental Damage Insurance:
We offer optional insurance coverage for your rental. (Excludes PWC rentals) A
policy costs $15.00 per day and must be purchased prior to your departure from
the marina. This policy is for rental boat damages only and has a $1000.00
deductible.
Cancellation Policy
ATTENTION - Once you confirm a rental with a pre-payment, a penalty will
be charged for any cancellation.
***Exception: Once confirmed, any reservation, boats or
lodging, scheduled during a holiday rental period does not qualify for a refund
of any money, even if it is cancelled according to the published guidelines.***
Houseboats:
If a reservation is cancelled outside of forty-five days before arrival, fifty
percent of the required pre-payment will be refunded. Inside of forty-five
days-No Refunds, unless trip protection has been purchased!
Lodging:
If a reservation is cancelled outside of forty-five days before arrival, fifty
percent of the required pre-payment will be refunded. Inside of forty-five
days-No Refunds, unless trip protection has been purchased!
Small Boat Rentals:
If a reservation is cancelled outside of 48 hours before arrival, a cancellation
fee equal to ½ of the published daily rate plus tax will be deducted from the
paid balance and the difference will be refunded. Any cancellation inside of 48
hours does not receive a refund and the balance in full is processed as a
cancellation fee.
Refunds:
No exceptions will be made for early departures, late arrivals or weather
conditions.
Brady Mountain Resort and Marina
Lodging Policy
All rooms are guaranteed by a deposit, deposits will be
refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee if Brady Mountain is
notified 10 days prior to the customer's reservation date.
We will also have to charge for the minimum nights required
if the customer cancels short of their reserved nights.
General Policy
• Check-Out time is 11 AM and Check-In time is 3PM Monday
through Saturday. Check-In time on Sunday is 5 PM. If we
have the rooms cleaned and ready prior to normal Check-In
times we will accommodate earlier arrivals.
• All Cabins have a 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on
Holiday Weekends.
• One night stays are allowed in the lodge motel if units
are available weekdays.
• One night deposit is required for each room to guarantee
all reservations—we will process the customer credit card
immediately for deposit.
• We are Pet friendly—Pets are welcome in most units—a pet
fee of $25 a night is required. |
